Vlogging, photography and videography they are one and the same. You’ll soon notice that all disciplines come into play when you start creating. Was this video an ad for bathroom suites, bath bombs or something completely different? I could have used more footage of the bathroom and fittings, I could have concentrated completely on the bath bomb but in this instance it was simply about the model and her absolute enjoyment in bathing.
Remember you’re no longer just the videographer you’re also the editor the sound man the script and story board designer, props wardrobe lighting and producer.
Take your time and have fun with it, creating video is a journey to be enjoyed. Whether a beach day or forest park walk, cityscape ramble or a dip in the bath the same rules apply. Don’t be afraid to experiment and create more footage than you’ll ever use, believe me you’ll be thankful when it comes to editing.
